Dr. LaTasha Hadley is a highly regarded leader in early childhood education, recognized for her extensive expertise and unwavering dedication to fostering meaningful early learning experiences. Residing in Byram, Mississippi, she holds a Class 4A Educator License in Mississippi and is an Approved Trainer for the Mississippi State Department of Health Child Care Licensure Division.

A proud graduate of Alcorn State University, Dr. Hadley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master’s in Secondary Education, a Master’s in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, and a Doctorate of Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Jackson State University.

Dr. Hadley currently serves as the Vice President of Advocacy & Strategic Growth at Waterford.org, where her strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in advancing early education initiatives and building impactful partnerships for over seven years.
​
Her career includes significant roles such as Lead Teacher/Director of the Lottie W. Thornton Early Childhood Center and adjunct professor in the Department of Elementary & Early Childhood Education at Jackson State University. Additionally, she served as the Lead Teacher/Director of the Child Development Laboratory Center at Alcorn State University. Throughout her career, Dr. Hadley has been recognized for her achievements in program management and her transformative mentorship of young parents, setting new standards for engaging families in early childhood education.

Passionate about providing enriching, high-quality learning environments, Dr. Hadley is committed to shaping the lives of children and families in meaningful ways. Outside of her professional endeavors, she values her role as a dedicated wife and mother. Through her leadership, advocacy, and dedication, Dr. Hadley continues to make a profound and lasting impact in the field of early childhood education.
